Would a 1977 pontiac trans am get on the over haulin show?

My brother got it wen he was two from r gramma and grampa... he has never got to drive it and he is 22, its been sitting in there barn for the whole time he has had it.. he's got two little girls and was just married about 3 months ago, he has no money whatsoever and i wanna help him out because he only has one running veicle to drive wen his wife may need to use the van wile he is at work and they live almost an hour away from his job... so plz help me with this
