My boyfriend has MOON & Mercury both in detriment signs? Will this make him evil?

Some people turn to drugs for several different reasons. Probably a deep seated emotional problem or he isn't happy with his current life so he wants to escape. Whatever the case may be there has to be a better way (or answer) than an overindulgence into drugs. I am very interested in astrology, but I wouldn't use it to determine if your boy friend is 'evil'. My moon placement is in Scorpio and I do tend to get vindictive when I am physically or emotionally hurt. I can be pretty mean after that. But I have Gemini in Mercury. I am constantly nervous. But don't take drugs... maybe sleeping pills once a night.
