Piercing pagoda horseshoe earring?

hi i just bought horseshoe earrings (the ones that are almost complete circles but with 2 on each end) from piercing pagoda and while i was trying to screw it on i dropped it. so does anyone know if you can get it replaced or can i just buy another ball or will i have to buy another earring? thanx
