How to get better at hacking out alone?

This is where I listen to my horse-hacking out alone really isn't safe, even if everyone else does it, it's really not safe. If you fall and get hurt and your horse runs off, or if your horse gets hurt or some other accident you have no one to help you. And this is where everyone says but I ride with a cellphone in case that happens, which yes is a very good idea, unless you're knocked unconscious and can't phone. So really I'd think twice about hacking out alone.
