Tubal Ligation Reversed. Help!?

Untying of tubal ligation. Okay, okay! I’m one of many women who regret having their tubes tied. I’m sure the criticism is one I haven’t told myself already. Therefore, mature answers please. It’s been since June of 2008 that I had my tubes tied right after my son was born via c-section. I have only two kids and, frankly, my husband and I wanted to have three children. (My second child ped on due to stillbirth.) Of two doctors, one recommended I have my tubes tied due to having three children right after another via c-section, because of my risks of having another surgery. Ugh! Very unwise of me, insufficient time for thorough research. My question. What are the risks of having my tubes untied? Any harm to myself, and my potential child? Costs? Regrets? Please, any helpful, experienced, factual, and discovered answers would be beneficial to a mother and father wanting another child. Thank you!
