Jehovah’s Witnesses: Can you be disfellowshipped for fallaciously partaking of the Memorial emblems?

The answer is yes...a JW CAN BE disfellowshipped for that act. However, both JWs answered correctly. If the Elders believe someone is faking they can disfellowship that person for bring reproach on Jehovah's name. The other JW also answered correctly...the mere ACT OF PARTAKING isn't enough...the Elders would have to show intent of "faking it"
