I Need Help Now, cat is dying?

ok, its a long story but the end of it is my cats a mess, she had a couch dropped on her and she probs has a broken leg, dislocated neck, her eye is pushed into her head so its blind now, brain damage and possibly paralyzes. I need a vet in jamaica as near to Ocho Rios as possible, no longer than a half hour drive as she will not survive the drive. HELP FAST
