I am trying to find information on a painting named "A Bright Midnight"?

It is numbered also, and in a very ornate gold finish frame. It probably dates from early 1900's, possibly late 1800's. I saw a question on the same painting on this site, but it is now remove. Please contact me if anyone out there has some information.
