I'm having a problem downloading RDR:Undead nightmare on xbox 360 ?

It was almost done downloading at 99% but it stayed there for about half an hour so I turned off my xbox and turned it back on again and it was still at 99% I left it like that for a bit longer than half an hour this time and still nothing.Ive also tried switching the Internet off and on.
