How scenic is the train ride to Geneva from Paris?

I'm going on a business trip and will be returning through Paris. I have some time off for vacation after the trip and I've always wanted to take a train ride to Switzerland but I'm not sure if the Paris-Geneva one is as scenic as some of the others that go through the Alps. Has anyone done this trip? If so, is it worth it? Thanks!
