Guinea pig is weezing very badly?

My guinea pig has a very very severe URI. She's on antibiotics, but her breathing has gotten worse. Every single breath is loud and she struggles to get it in and out. I don't know what to do for her other than wait. I tried clearing her nose for her (it is nearly crusted shut) but she doesn't like it and once its clear it gunks up again in about 10 minutes. What do I do? Will she survive until our next vet visit next week?
