Anyone know of a sushi restaurant in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, etc.) that serves sushi on boats in a river?

I once saw an anime (Detective Conan) in which the characters entered a restaurant that had a river flowing through it. Walking over a small bridge, they enter a courtyard that is surrounded by several private rooms. Outside of each room on the side opposite the courtyard, there is a window through which the patrons of the restaurant can take sushi off of boats that float on the river. Does anyone know of a place comparable to this in any of the major cities of Japan, Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Hakone, or Nara? Any help is appreciatedd!!
