Does anyone know where I can buy this double pushchair?

Graco Baby Clic DuoGlider LXI Metropolitan Twin Tandem Stroller? I've tried to google it and only get reviews on it. If not can anyone suggest a double pushchair that isn't too big and can go on public transport without folding?
